1.1. Website

You can place your order online here at www.SimpleWonder.com.

Just click on the "Apparels" page, and start shopping. Click on the item you like to navigate to the item's details page. Select the colour and size, and click the "Add to Cart" button for the items you would like to purchase.

The item you have selected will be added into you shopping cart. Click your browser's Back button to continue shopping and select other items or click "Proceed to Checkout" to pay for your items.

You may also click "View Cart" to keep track on your items, or delete or change the quantity. Just click the Update button to update the changes to your shopping cart.

1.2. Email

You can also email your order to us at simplewonder.sg@gmail.com. Just simply let us know the items and sizes you would like to order.

1.3. Local Order Form

Click on the Local Order Form on the side menu and fill in your order and particulars. Click “Submit” to send in your order.

To check out, you will be directed to the Paypal website. If you do not have an account with Paypal, you can create a new account or log in if you have an account with Paypal.

All the items in your PayPal shopping cart will be displayed with the total amount. Click "Pay" to complete the ordering process.

An confirmation email with an order number will be sent to you once your order is confirmed and processed.

There shall be no cancellation of order once the order has been processed and payment has been made.

• All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
• For online purchases, we accept payment by the following methods:
  • Credit Card - we provide secure credit card payment via PayPal so you may make your purchases with confidence. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Internet Banking and ATM transfer (For local customers only)
  • Cash upon delivery (For local customers only)
• If you are paying via Internet Banking, ATM transfer or cash, please submit your order through the Local Order Form or email your order to us. We will email you the details once we receive your order.

• Please note that your orders will be dispatched only after your payment has been received and cleared.
• All items in stock and ready for dispatch will be sent to you within 2 days.
• Any other items will be dispatched as soon as they are available

6.1. Local Customers

• 6.1.1 Courier Service
  
  • For purchases of S$150 and above, delivery to Singapore addresses will be free of charge.
  • For purchases below S$150, a flat rate of S$12 delivery charge will apply.
  • To guarantee delivery, do provide a proper and complete address so that we can make one delivery charge per delivery address. A day phone number is required in case we need to contact you.
  • In the event where the delivery fails, a fee of $12 will be charged again for re-delivery.
  • The delivery person will contact you to arrange the delivery timing.
  • The delivery service is available on Monday-Saturday, 10.00am-7.00pm.

• 6.1.2 Postal Mail Service
  Our shipping and handling fee for local orders via local mail service is as follow:
  • Local Mail Rates = SGD$3.00
  • Registered Mail = SGD$6.00
  • Orders will be mailed to you once the payment has been verified and received.
  • For Internet Banking & ATM Transfer only.
  • Applicable for purchases below $150 and up to 2kg.
  • Excludes purchase of Dr. P Maternity pads & Sealer diapers.
  • SimpleWonder will not be responsible for any lost packages that are sent via Non-Registered Mail.

6.2. International Customers

For international customers, we will ship the items to you via Speedpost Air Parcel Or Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service. Please contact us for the shipping fees and duration to your country.

Refer to our sizing chart for the correct size before ordering.

To ensure that our clothes fit you well, we provide alteration services for our local Singapore customers at a small fee. Receipt is required as proof of purchase.

We can include a personalized card if you are purchasing our items as a gift. Simply include your request in the 'Comments' field when you order.

We are sorry that refund of items cannot be accepted. We will ensure all our items are delivered sealed and in good condition before we deliver to you.

However, we will accept returns and refunds in the following conditions:

• If the incorrect item is delivered, we will send you the correct item and collect back the wrong item at no extra charge; OR
• If any item which was not included in the your order is delivered to you by mistake, SimpleWonder reserves the right to collect the wrongly delivered item or charge the item to your billing account should you decide to keep it; OR
• If your are charged more than the value of the ordered item, SimpleWonder shall refund to you the difference.

Refunds shall be made in the same mode of payment used by the customer on the same order.

For return of delivered items which does not adhere to any of the above conditions, customers are then required to pay for the additional incurred delivery or shipping charges.

If you would like to change your items, or that a wrong item or size has been ordered, we would gladly exchange the item for you.

You can contact us within 24hrs of your online purchase via email and we will change the item before delivering to you.

If the item had been delivered to you, SimpleWonder will still allow a one-to-one exchange of your ordered item within 03 days upon date of receipt, subjected to the following terms and conditions:

• Item(s) should be returned only upon prior approval by SimpleWonder. Email us the details for the exchange.
• Singapore Buyers - Items should be returned within 07 days upon return approval.
• International buyers - Items should be returned within 14 days upon return approval.
• Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all labels and tags still intact, together with the original packaging and invoice.
• SimpleWonder has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements.
• Please note that we do not reimburse nor refund any shipping and handling costs on returned merchandise.
• Please note that SimpleWonder is not liable for any lost or damage of your package. It is therefore crucial to send your package via a shipping method that has adequate tracking capability.
• Item(s) returned for exchange to a different size or colour is subjected to availability. If the item(s) you have requested is sold out or no longer available, we will offer you an alternative - exchange for any other item(s) of the same or lesser value. We do not refund the difference.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

SimpleWonder values you as our customers and we respect your privacy. We collect information such as your name, email address, delivery addresses, phone number in order to process and complete your order.

And we may use the information to notify you of new products and promotions that might be of interest to you. You will receive e-newsletters from us only if you have subscribed to our mailing list.

We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties.

We do our best to ensure that the most accurate information is provided on SimpleWonder.com and to present our items on www.SimpleWonder.com as accurately as the actual items.

However, it is possible that errors of any information pertaining to the item may occur. We reserve the right to correct the errors and update the information on www.SimpleWonder.com without prior notice.

And also, due to the different monitor resolution, we cannot guarantee that the items are of exact colour as that shown on www.SimpleWonder.com. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
